This list of General keyboard shortcuts (standard on all Windows platforms)
is organized in two sections. The first section is organized by functionality
for AOL versions 6.0 and above. The second section is a list of all shortcuts
organized in alphabetical order.

Moving to and from Menu Bar
ALT = Move to the Menu Bar
LEFT and RIGHT ARROW KEYS = Move between Menus in the Menu Bar
ENTER = activate a highlighted Menu in the Menu Bar
DOWN ARROW = activate a highlighted Menu in the Menu Bar
ESC (while a menu is open) = closes a menu
ALT (while a menu is open) = closes a menu
ESC (with no window open, but Menu Bar still has focus) = moves
focus away
from Menu Bar
