Any screen names that you save in your Buddy List feature from your phone are added to the Mobile Device group. If you get an error message saying that you have exceeded the allowed number of screen names, see Delete a screen name from your Buddy List feature.

TIP:
If you have several screen names to add to your Buddy List feature, you may want to add them using the AIM or AIM Express service on your computer. You may find it faster and easier to manage your Buddy List feature using the AIM service on your PC.

Send the message to the AIM-Add phone book entry.

Keep your Buddy List feature and your phone book in synch

It is important to note that any changes you make to the Mobile Device group in your Buddy List feature using the AIM service on other devices are not automatically reflected in your phone book. You will need to add and delete entries in your phone book, in addition to using the AIM-Add and AIM-Delete commands to keep your phone book and the Buddy List feature in synch.

One way to make sure that your Buddy List feature and phone book are in sync is to use the AIM-Settings command to get a current list of the IM numbers for the screen names in your Mobile Device group. Then, compare this information with the entries in your phone book.
