When
you receive an instant message, your phone receives it as
an ordinary text message in your phone's Inbox. Refer to your
phone documentation for information on how to access, display,
and reply to messages in your text messaging Inbox.
The steps
for how you reply to a message are different, depending on
whether or not the sender is a member of your Buddy List feature.
If you've
set up your phone book with the AIM® commands and screen
names from the Buddy List feature, then either the user's
screen name or the AIM-Unlisted command will display when
the message arrives. If you haven't set up your phone book,
then the IM number for the screen name or for the Unlisted
command will display.

screen name in your Buddy List feature so that it's easier
to respond to their messages. |
