Sign on to the AIM service from your phone

Open a new text message. Type your screen name and password using the format
screenname (space) password.

Don't include spaces in your screen name (if you have them), and make sure your password is case-sensitive.

TIP:

If your phone supports saving messages, save this message to re-use the next time you sign on to the AIM service.

Send the message to the AIM-SignOn phone book entry.

Check the text messaging Inbox on your phone.

You'll get a text message back listing the screen names from your Buddy List feature who are online.

Sign off the AIM service

1.	Open a new text message. Leave the message blank, or type a space if your phone requires a message.

2.	Send the message to the AIM-SignOff phone book entry.

3.	Check the text messaging Inbox on your phone. You'll get a text message back confirming that you've signed off the service.
