You are able to change the password associated with your screen name
from your wireless device, even if the screen name is shared with
an AOL® account or other AIM clients. Changing this password affects
all AIM logins with the same screen name.
If you change
the password for your screen name using your phone, the new
password will immediately work with both the AIM service and the
AIM Express service. The new password will not work with your AOL
account, which will still require your old password—you must
change the saved password for AOL on your PC separately.

To change
your password, select AIM Options from the AIM menu.
Then, select Change Password. Type your current password,
your new password, and then retype your new password again.
The AIM service will then confirm that your password was successfully
changed.
